Minors from 3 to 11 years old inclusive sharing a chalet with their elders, pay a minor rate. 
12 years onwards pay as senior.

Canceling a reservation

If you paid 50% of the deposit or its total amount and you wish to cancel a reservation, you must do so 7 days before the date of admission; in that case the amount paid will be in your favor for a future reservation. In the case of canceling less than 7 days in advance, the Resort will try by all means to sell that space that is available in order to keep the money in favor; in the event that the chalet is free, the reservation or the amount paid will be lost.
